4' × 6' In Stock
Available for immediate delivery from our Vancouver showroom.
Every rug in our collection has been personally selected for our showroom based on its design, craftsmanship, and long-term livability.
Hand-knotted from hand-spun wool, the Someplace in Time collection blends antique inspiration with exceptional craftsmanship and a beautifully layered colour palette. This rare 4' × 6' size brings the richness and artistry of one of our finest rugs to entryways, kitchens, studies, and other smaller spaces.
Why We Chose It
We selected this rug because it offers everything we love about the Someplace in Time collection in one of the most versatile sizes available. The beautifully layered light blue, gold, ivory, and earthy tones create remarkable depth, making the rug feel more like a piece of art than simply a floor covering. It's one of our favourite ways to create a memorable first impression in an entryway or add warmth and character to a smaller room.
What makes this piece especially special is its availability. Small hand-knotted rugs of this quality are increasingly difficult to find in stock. Once sold, replacing this exact size would typically require a special order, making this an exceptional opportunity to take home an heirloom-quality rug without the wait.
Construction
Care
Blot spills immediately and clean with mild soap mixed with equal parts white vinegar and water. Some shedding is normal and will lessen with regular vacuuming (beater bar turned off). Professional cleaning is recommended for periodic maintenance.
Hand-Knotted Craftsmanship
Each rug is individually hand-knotted by skilled artisans using traditional weaving techniques. The average hand-knotted rug passes through approximately 186 production steps and takes around 240 days to weave and finish, creating a rug designed to last for generations.
Ethically Handcrafted
This collection is produced in partnership with artisans whose work supports traditional craftsmanship and responsible manufacturing practices. The maker also partners with Nest, a nonprofit organization that advocates for artisan wellbeing, workplace safety, and economic opportunity within global craft communities.
