Bone is a naturally harvested material, so variation in its colour and texture and chipping are completely normal and expected from piece to piece. This may also affect the way dyes and stains are absorbed, causing slight shifts in the colour of some pieces, but these types of variation are part of why we love designing with natural materials. Each piece has its own story to tell.
